For those who prefer to greet the day at a more leisurely hour, brunch offers the best of both worlds – proof that humanity occasionally gets things exactly right.
Brunch invites us to linger over plates that are every bit as interesting as the conversation around them.
Across cultures, brunch has evolved into a celebration of comfort, indulgence and culinary creativity, offering dishes that can revive, satisfy and delight in equal measure.
Take shakshuka, where eggs poach gently in a rich, spiced tomato sauce, delivering warmth, colour and a welcome kick-start to the day.
Add simple depth to the tomatoes and peppers by adding our Real or Bloody Mary Tomato Sauce. For those who like a bit of a kick, a dash of our Habanero HOT Sauce delivers every time.

NOTE: It’s a favourite of our ‘Head Boy’ – Rick – as he loves making it, adding his own garden sweet Mint Sauce to bring the lamb back to delicious life. The family love it too.
