Creative Talent
We are seeking a Creative Talent to produce content for our media channels, including our website and social platforms. Content will include written pieces as well as video, photography and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content, creating visually compelling graphics and enhancing our brand’s online presence. This role requires creative flair – including the design of visually appealing material together with the use of compelling copy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and design engaging graphics, brilliant videos, and multimedia content for various online channels.
- Create and edit video content, including reels, stories, and promotional videos.
- Craft compelling and creative copy ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
- Generate original ideas to boost audience engagement and interaction.
- Media Management:
- Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies and goals.
- Monitor media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our online community.
- Stay updated with the latest media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Graphic Design:
- Design marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, email templates, and graphics.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look, and feel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and other visual materials.
- Website Management:
- Manage and update website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
- Work with web developers to implement design and content changes.
- Ensure the website aligns with overall marketing and branding strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in media content creation, graphic design, and website management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
- Skills and Competencies:
- A creative talent bursting with ideas and energy
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail, colour, and composition.
- Excellent understanding of creating engaging media
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
Hours & Benefits: –

- Salary is £26K – £32K dependent on experience
- Working Hours – minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Annual Leave is 22 days plus Bank Holidays and an extra day’s holiday for your Birthday, contributory Company Pension, Life Insurance and staff discount.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Assist in the manufacture of Stokes Sauces products to the correct formulisation and specification, whilst adhering to the companies’ policies and procedures.
- Assist to operate the production line machinery; the machinery includes, the cooking line, cold filling line, capping machine, sachet line, bucket line and/or the labelling line.
- Assist in setting up the production line machinery for production recipes.
- Carry out pre-checks and cleaning tasks on the production line.
- Manual handling includes weighing and loading of raw materials into vessels and stacking finished goods onto pallets.
- Conduct quality control checks and complete paperwork records.
- Assist in size changeovers.
- Operate a clean as you go approach.
Required Experience & behaviours:-
- Excellent attention to detail, timekeeping and reliability are essential.
- A good team player with a ‘can do attitude’ are essential.
- Literate and numerate to a standard which allows for accurate record keeping.
Hours, Pay & Benefits:-
- Working hours 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 5.45am – 2.00pm and 2.00pm – 10.000pm.
- Starting hourly rate of pay is £11.94 per hour.
- Annual leave is 22 days plus Bank Holidays and an extra day’s holiday for your Birthday, contributory Company Pension, Life Insurance and staff discount.

Since 2004, we have worked with a rare passion, to refine the taste, texture, and quality of ketchups, sauces, condiments, preserves, and mayonnaise. We make all our of sauces at our ‘saucery’ on the Rendlesham Estate the heart of rural Suffolk. We now have a team of over 70, and In fact, some of us have been making sauce together for almost 20 years! There really has never been a more exciting team to join the ambitious Stokes team, with brand new factory equipment, enabling is to double our capacity, exciting new upcoming product launches and we are actively working in more sectors than ever before!
