This is a delicious sticky jam for cheese that is just oozing with flavour from the sweet chilli peppers and red peppers. Particularly good with mature cheddars and soft bries.

This is just a gorgeous product. Our favourite use is in a fish finger sandwich with a stripe of Mayo and a lettuce leaf, somehow making a simple staple into a fancy dinner. It’s flavour is so intense and perfectly spiced, I stir it into sauces to make dips, spread it on chicken and fish and of course it works a treat with prawns in a rice wrap.
