A red onion relish made with sticky black treacle and rich balsamic vinegar. Full flavoured with a delicious sweet sauce.

Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks and by best before end date.
So pleased to find the red onion marmalade on line. We had not been able to visit the usual stockists during COVID. We now have a good stock of both the marmalade and fig relish. Both great with cheese and the marmalade is delicious in a tart with feta cheese and pesto.
In all the places I would use pickle, this is so much nicer

Great with cheese, salads and in sandwiches. Use under good cheese for the best cheese on toast on earth.
