At first not quite sure about it but it's the kind of taste that you enjoy when had with cheese or cold meat
I haven't yet tried this but my husband has. I bought one jar to try and used it on his sandwiches, unbeknown to him (it was only on one) when he got home he said; I really liked that fig stuff in my sandwich. This surprised me as normally he wouldn't know what I use.
It has a good fig taste and my husband now has it on all his sandwiches, if he loves it it must be good.
This relish has to be the best relish I have had in along long time. To me it tastes of Christmas in a jar.
This is without fail tasty with any cheese. Blue, brie.... I won't go on. I cannot handle not having this in the cupboard. Sooo scrumptious.
Great with blue cheese. Trust me.
