Made with balsamic vinegar and sticky black treacle

A red onion relish made with sticky black treacle and rich balsamic vinegar. Full flavoured relish with a delicious sweet sauce. Great with cheese, cold meats, meat pies and ploughmans.

Make your own Red Onion Mash by adding a generous spoonful or two of Stokes Red Onion Marmalade to your mashed potato.
