This is a great sauce with none of the sharpness of other bought Horseradish. The beautiful taste of the main ingredient just shines through and is, of course, perfect with beef and smoked fish. According to my son who lives with his family in South Africa, it is also an essential component for a bowl of mashed banana and ice cream! Nothing if not versatile.

This is the best around. Great to blend with smoked salmon, cream cheese and creme fraiche for a quick posh summer pate. Lovely stuff!
