Another wonderful snack of breakfast idea from our friend Emily @whatiateforbreakfast. Emily says: If you’re a fan of Hunter’s Chicken, you’ll love my breakfast wrap version, swapping the chicken for sausages 👌.
It’s so easy to prepare & perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch! You can cook the wrap either in an air fryer or in a frying pan, instructions for both are below 👇.
Recipe (serves 1):
🌭 Add 1 tsp BBQ sauce to the centre of a tortilla wrap.
🥓 Add 2 sliced, cooked sausages, 2 rashers of bacon & 20g grated cheese of your choice (I used extra mature cheddar).
🧀 Fold in the edges of the tortilla so they meet in the centre.
🥙 Place the wrap in your air fryer basket with the folded side facing downwards, then air fry at 180C for 6-7 mins, flipping halfway through cooking so that both sides crisp up evenly.
🌭 Alternatively you can pan fry the crunchwrap in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium heat for 2-3 mins on each side.
🥓 Serve & slice in half. Enjoy!
