We used this in a beef stir fry dish and it was wonderful. A lovely fresh, balanced flavour with just the right amount of sweetness. The usual high standard we have come to expect from Stokes’ sauces
Unlike others that can be over powering in 5 spice or overly sickly, this has just the right balance and surprisingly light taste.
Loved all the previous Stokes sauces / pickles / mayos I have bought which to be fair are a little more expensive than my previous ones but they are SO SUPERIOR . Decided to treat myself to Hoisin recently ……it was yummmeeee…..BEST EVER ……had to reorder 6 so my family could have some too.
I recommend Stokes to everyone now !!
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying the sauces!
Superior taste than the 'chinese' shop bought sachets.
A good quality Hoisin, it has more to it than the the supermarket sauces I've tried.
