Delicately spiced chutney crammed with the finest apricots and plump sultanas and a touch of ginger. Particularly good with Wensleydale cheese.
Make small balls of Brie cheese and place a little Spiced Apricot Chutney inside each ball and fry - serve with Rocket and a drizzle of walnut oil.
