More Fruit – More Taste
Dark – Bitter – Sweet. Our very own elevation on the traditional British breakfast marmalade, it offers complicated layers of deliciously unique flavour.
Delicious - of course - with hot buttery toast, but also adds a warming, sweet finish when added to a bread and butter pudding recipe.

As big fans of Stokes marmalade we tried this for a change and it’s even better! Not overly sweet.
It has a nice sharpness to it with a treacley after taste my current favourite
Recently, I was unable to get my usual supply of tart marmalade from Sainsburys . I began to search around the reviews for another marmalade that it was at least comparable to the Sainsburys taste the difference range. I read a view on Stokes marmalade which got a glowing review so I sent off an order and it was expedited fairly quickly. I was very eager to try this new dark and rather tart marmalade. Well, I was completely blown over by it. It has an excellent flavour with none of the over sweetness we find in some more proprietary marmalades. This is an excellent breakfast marmalade and I would think one of the best you’ll find just now. Stokes have made the recipe pretty much spot-on. So, if you like dark slightly lemony marmalade that’s not overly sweet then this should be your go to choice. I would read this marmalade as one of the best around at the present time
