The Triple Dip

What you'll need
- A pot of crème fraîche
- Salt and Pepper for seasoning
Got friends and family coming over? Then this little dip collection is the perfect ice-breaker and great with crisps, tortilla chips, carrot batons, celery sticks or tasty bread.
Method
For the onion marmalade dip mix the crème fraîche and Stokes Real Mayonnaise in equal measures (30ml, or a couple of dessert spoonfuls of each will be enough for a ramekin of dip) then stir in a heaped teaspoon of Stokes Red Onion Marmalade.
For The Chilli Dip follow the same instructions but stir in a heaped teaspoon of Stokes Chilli Jam in place of the Red Onion Marmalade.
For the curry dip mix the crème fraîche and Stokes Coronation Sauce in equal measures (about 30ml or a couple of dessert spoonfuls of each will fill a ramekin). That’s it. Or you can sprinkle a little chopped fresh coriander if you want it a little more taxing!
