  • 2 x Free Range Eggs
  • 500g Mashed Potato
  • 100g of flour
  • 2 x Ripe Avocados

A tasty alternative to the Red Onion Marmalade is to use our Creamed Horseradish instead – seriously yummy.


Brunch or Lunch – it just gets better and better!

  1. Mix 500g of mashed potato with 100g of flour, 1 egg, and 3 tbsp of Red Onion Marmalade. If the mixture is too wet, add more flour; too dry, add a drop of milk.
  2. Put a little flour on your hands and make patties ready for frying.
  3. Top the cakes with a couple of ripe avocados mashed with our Garlic Mayonnaise. Boil or poach an egg each and serve with Chilli Jam or our deliciously thick Tomato Ketchup.
