What you'll need
- 4/5 Maris Piper potatoes
- Fresh Coriander
- Olive Oil
Perfect for impressing friends and families with at dinner parties.
- Cut the potatoes into relatively small cubes, boil and roast until golden brown.
- Whilst cooking, mix together Chilli jam, a dash of olive oil and the fresh coriander to form a zingy dressing!
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the oven and cover with the dressing.
