  • Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (2 sheets)

With just 2 main ingredients, these Chilli Jam twists are super simple and are suitable for vegans when no egg wash is used, making them the perfect snack to enjoy with friends. Our Red Onion Marmalade also works extremely well with this recipe.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
  2. Roll out the ready-rolled puff pastry, spread a generous layer of Stokes Chilli Jam across the entire surface, and place the other layer of ready rolled pastry on top.
  3. Slice into strips approximately 3cm wide.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until pastry golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes and enjoy!
