Got friends and family coming over? These little bowls of tasty prawns make the perfect starter sure to impress your guests!


  1. Peel the fresh prawns, rinse and set aside.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and Bloody Mary Ketchup (5 tablespoons of each) together in a bowl. Add the peeled prawns and mix gently.
  3. Line four small bowls with little gem lettuce leaves and add the prawn mix equally between the bowls. Add the black pepper to taste and decorate with a two half slices of lemon. Serve with crusty bread.
