Best served warm with Ice Cream, Cream or Custard but also makes the perfect lunchbox snack.
- Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. Cut ‘tin bottom’ sized circles (Diameter of roughly 8-10cm), fold into a baking tin and add fill with Stokes Bramley Apple Sauce and Stokes Blackcurrant Extra Jam.
- Use the excess pastry to form either a lattice or a lid on top of the pies and apply an egg wash & a sprinkle of sugar on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until pastry turns golden brown.
