Best served warm with Ice Cream, Cream or Custard but also makes the perfect lunchbox snack.


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C Fan. Cut ‘tin bottom’ sized circles (Diameter of roughly 8-10cm), fold into a baking tin and add fill with Stokes Bramley Apple Sauce and Stokes Blackcurrant Extra Jam.
  2. Use the excess pastry to form either a lattice or a lid on top of the pies and apply an egg wash & a sprinkle of sugar on top.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until pastry turns golden brown.
