Olive and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO (28%), Water, Tomato Puree, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (8%) (Red Wine Vinegar, Grape Must), Honey, Sugar, Kalamata Olive Paste (5%) (Kalamata Olives [Kalamata Olives, Salt, Red Wine Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil], Sunflower Oil, Pomace Oil), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Lemon Juice, Garlic Puree, Sea Salt, Spice, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.

Caution:  Although every care has been taken to remove olive stones, some pieces may remain.

Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.  Once opened refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks and by best before end date.
