Suffolk Gold Double Cheeseburger
What you'll need
2 tomatoes thinly sliced
1/2 red onion peeled & sliced
Suffolk Gold cheese
Suffolk Blue cheese
4 large burger buns
Steps to take
Heat a large griddle pan or barbeque and grease with a little oil. Mix together the minced beef with a couple of dollops of Stokes Tomato Ketchup and season, before shaping into 4 large burgers.
Cook the burgers through, around 4 minutes on each side depending on preference and thickness of the burger. Add the sliced tomatoes, onions along with a thick slice of each cheese and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or according to taste.
Meanwhile, split the buns in half and toast, before spreading generously with Stokes Tomato Ketchup and carefully place the burger inside.
